Beginner Lessons

These classes are for total beginners of any age. We start with hiragana and katakana, then introduce basic vocabulary, phrases, greetings, and grammar. The goal is to master hiragana/katakana and be able to read with confidence.

Yes! Many of Kuni’s students start from zero. Lessons will move at your pace, focusing on hiragana, basic phrases, and building confidence.

Do I need a textbook or materials?

Kuni can recommend textbooks and online resources based on your goals. Some materials can be provided digitally for practice.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

Life happens! Please check the cancellation or rescheduling policy in your booking confirmation email and contact Kuni if you need to change a lesson time.
